今天看了一個屋齡26年的透天, 格局上怪怪的,想請問一下這樣的格局有甚麼須要注意的地方例如常見的透天格局 1樓客廳+廚房+飯廳+廁所 2樓兩間房間+陽台+廁所 3樓兩間房間+小陽台這間透天的格局為 1樓客廳+廚房+飯廳+廁所 1.5樓一間房間 2樓一間房間+廁所+陽台 2.5樓一間房間 3樓一間房間+小陽台每個房間都是錯開的,不同一個樓面 (有點像樓中樓) 每個房間到另一個房間都要經過樓梯, 仲介說早期為了避風水,不要門對門, 這種格局有需要特別注意的地方嗎? 謝謝版上的各位. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.136.247.242 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1418819463.A.D6D.html
