為什麼鄰居都想密封工作陽台..冏..這不安全吧

樓歪了....

我想.陽台的設計一定有他設計的原因.
公共安全及市容觀瞻考量是不是不要變動他比較好呢.

隨便google陽台密封,都可以看到社會版新聞.
而且建商的設計,熱水器是在工作陽台的.
密封陽台是有安全上的疑慮..
而且到時一定會有人將工作陽台當雜物間,當災難發生時,也是會增加安全問題.

重點是,一定要這樣貪小便宜,將安全置之不理嗎.
