告訴案件告訴時可以這樣做嗎?

告訴時在告訴狀先沒有寫被告或者忘了寫.而在開庭時補充被告資訊.是否可以?會部會已你沒有寫被告而被有刑責?

那假設被告沒有寫或者忘了寫.但卻在案由當中有明示指出被告.或者是從案情中默示犯嫌...這樣可以嗎?還是也要到開庭時也是要補充提出說明被告?還是就由檢方自己遵照明示或默示犯嫌而進行案子?
那會部會將來查告訴狀時說你又沒有寫被告而以此理由成為失敗處?

如果你實在不知道告誰.那檢察官會根據你的案情自動列出被告嗎?
