仁武新建案玉品(玉鎮建設)評價如何,成交價大約要打幾折?

有開始考慮買房子
前幾天經過仁武灣北重劃區
發現蓋了好多房子
外觀上看上這個建案感覺還不錯
但還沒實際去看內部
想問說:如果去看實屋時,若談價錢,該如何談起
網路上玉品廣告開價=2180萬起,這邊成交行情大約是開價幾折
玉鎮建設的評價如何?
麻煩各位大大解答小弟低疑問,感恩
