想請問一下板上的先進，現在萬華地區40年以上的老公寓，成交總價大概都落在什麼價位？因為家裡有一間約26坪的頂樓房子要賣，屋齡42年，頂樓未加蓋，位置靠近堤防邊，欲售1100萬，但是房仲帶看的人，每個人出價都在750~820萬之間，有些人甚至想砍到700萬以下，是說這一帶的房子真有這樣便宜嗎?因為我上很多房仲網站看，跟我們相似條件的物件，都沒有找到這麼便宜的，是我們不懂行情，還是對方開價太離譜呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.230.207.38 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1414500595.A.108.html
