The kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet are shared by four people (including you). All shared areas are kept clean and tidy, with lots of appliances to share which means you can save heaps from those one-off cash burners. The three nice and easy-going housemates from Asia will show you warm welcomes and we always help each other as well. No inappropriate or disturbing habits have been found so far.
The house has a very convenient location - less than 1 min walk to the nearest go-zone bus stop (23X stop 9) and train station (GAW station 2), or less than 5 mins walk to the prospect shopping centre with lots of shopping/dinning facilities and other public transportations/services. 5 mins drive to the Northpark shopping centre which has almost everything in it. 10 mins bus ride to Adelaide Uni or Uni SA, 15 mins to the Showground. Eazy trips to Regency tafe, Andale shopping center, Elizabeth and the Mawson Lake are also available by public transportations above.
