燒鴨( roast duck),是極平民化的一種燒味,大部分燒臘店賣的是燒鴨而不是燒鵝。它比燒鵝細小,少脂肪,亦較便宜。很多人不懂得分辨燒鵝和燒鴨,燒鵝有鵝髻,曾有食肆將大鴨的頭加了個髻,改裝成燒鵝魚目混珠,結果招來檢控。
燒鴨是把填滿調味料的鴨,掛進火爐裏用高溫燒烤,皮脆光澤,汁味濃。剛燒好的燒鴨配白飯可口到極,配瀨粉也是一絕。
