台中高鐵寶家新成屋說門禁只有分棟不能限定自己樓層要的話要十幾萬設定可是我記得明明剛開始用門禁的時候是限定樓層的九月中大概過一兩週變成限定電梯也就是所有的樓層都能按 18號星期六下午要開第一次大會工務在次跟我強調要限定樓層要再花錢去買的意思明明就是改設定硬要凹說要在花十幾萬真的是覺得很糟缺失超多的都交屋兩三個月了樓梯間還是沒弄好逃生梯扶手還是壞的一樓大門還是卡卡的實在是覺得保家集團建商很無言新竹的昌益強太多了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.170.37.215 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1413566403.A.68C.html
