請問林口文化三路這個建案如何?

以自住的眼光看,憑良心講,
如果平常主要交通工具非捷運,或是能接受公車
轉乘,林口一坪二十幾萬真的不貴,昨天晚上開車
帶老婆再去林口看一下環境,入住率其實不低,風有一點,
在未來城對面買了永和豆漿回和平西路古亭這邊還是熱的,
才27分鐘,當然這是離峰時間,附近機能慢慢來了,等齊全了,
當地又有工作機會,二十幾萬就不好買了,試想自己蓋,品質還
可以的大樓一坪十萬跑不掉,林口那邊土地一坪6~70跑不掉,一坪了不起
蓋6坪,成本就20萬了,一點給人賺不會死啦!
