選戰熱 NCC重申廣電規範

選戰激烈，國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）表示，9月初已邀請中選會向電視頻道業者講授選舉法規與案例，避免業者觸法。

NCC指出，業者於刊播競選宣傳廣告與發布民意調查時，應遵循法律規範，公正、公平對待候選人與處理相關議題報導，並注意民調規範、投票當日不得有競助選活動。

對於具體規範，NCC表示，廣電三法規定，電視台業者不得播送有候選人參加、並由政府出資或製作的節目、短片及廣告；利害關係人認為媒體報導錯誤時，可依法要求更正；另外，被評論人可要求給予相當答辯機會。

NCC指出，期許媒體秉持客觀、公正及公平的立場，製播符合事實查證、可公開及徵信原則內容，並避免選舉開票過程發生報導引用數據不實，或製播作業疏失等情事。
