黃重球：針對燃料成本波動擬電價公式

台電董事長黃重球今天表示，為讓國際能源價格波動，能切實反應在電價上，擬仿照日、韓，訂定電價公式，可能每季或每半年調整一次。

黃重球說，有了電價公式，隨著燃料價格變化就能自動調整電價；但若是因燃料之外的原因調整電價，仍需經過政府同意。

目前燃料成本大概占整體成本的66%，其它成本則包括資本支出所需的折舊與利息；還有營運維護費，包括設備維護和人事費用，以及因應環保法規改變，也會相應增加許多電價成本。

黃重球說，除了燃料成本，其它部分比較容易自主控制。故有訂定電價公式的需求。

至於新的電價公式是否有時間點？黃重球表示，目前沒有設定時間，一切都只是在規劃中。
