剛從前份工作轉職在現份工作剛做滿四個月主要是做ic驗證、開spec幫RD做前期開發的demo board 會來這邊是因為前份工作在車廠做馬達控制硬體的部份想說公司要做的風扇IC跟馬達相關性高較好上手進來才發現因為產品已經到準備量產階段所以都在測ic bug提高良率但是幾乎都是RD叫我測什麼就幫忙測內部機制只有RD最清楚...除非有bug出現大概講一下感覺自己跟測試員沒兩樣在新案子方面因為也要負責寫fw...但是這方面一直沒辦法上手且帶我這個案子的主管也不太愛理我部門之前寫fw的已經走了沒得問後來是有動過離職的念頭請假去面試也有上是做switching power的RD 在上一家做馬達硬體有做過power的經驗薪水跟現在這家ic設計一樣都是35k 各位建議是要撐下去還是該換了？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.129.15.68 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1409244446.A.A67.html
