各位看倌您好小弟目前在某仲介公司網站上看到一個喜歡的物件(該網站開價1500萬) 於是乎打電話聯絡A仲介並約看房子(8/21日下午四點) 但是在奇集集也有看到相同的物件（開價1200萬）於是乎也打電話問看看，但是接電話的B仲介卻跟我說這間賣掉了，心裡想說，可能A仲介還不知道賣掉了，才要跟我約，後來因為忙碌，所以也就忘了 A仲介約的事情，也對這個物件放棄了，到了8/21早上，A仲介提醒我下午要看房子我也不好意思問他說：不是已經賣掉了嗎？就跟著他去看房子，然後要問我開價多少，我就跟他說奇集集有刊登開1200萬而非1500萬我也開了1000萬，然後A仲介就是說這樣他沒有辦法去跟屋主談，要我加一點才願意收我斡旋，當時我是蠻堅持的，也就不歡而散後來回來我再去打電話給B仲介，他很確定的跟我說賣掉了，所以這到底是什麼情形。 PS A、B仲介都是同一公司但是不同分店。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 180.218.81.23 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1408813876.A.77B.html
