我從年初一直是吃明治。以前吃過COSTCO出的膠囊還是啥，印象中腥味真的很重，所以吃明治以來一直是把膠原蛋白粉當藥粉吞，如此一來腥味什麼當然都沒了。不過這串討論裡，似乎發文者都努力把膠原蛋白融開、並努力找尋好吃（？）的膠原蛋白，讓我不禁對自己的吃法有了疑問。請問一樣是吞到胃裡讓它水解，先攪拌膠原蛋白還是比直接把其當藥吞有效嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.110.110.100 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/BeautySalon/M.1408066718.A.21A.html
