急!! 家裡的平板和手機突然要求SIM密碼!!

家裡有一台samsung的平板跟Asus的手機, 兩台同時要求輸入PIN密碼!!(在之前都沒設手機螢幕鎖)
試過SIM卡的密碼不行,所以應該是要輸入手機的密碼鎖,但試過0000 跟1234都沒用
PS:這兩台登入的是同一個GOOGLE帳號
本人懷疑是不是有誰盜用了這個GOOGLE帳號,進而鎖定這兩台裝置??
GOOGLE有這個機制嗎??
還是有什麼防毒軟體啟動了這個鎖定裝置的程序??
SAMSUNG跟ASUS的手機有什麼內建防毒軟體嗎??
