標題[心得] 面試後變卦

已經拿到offer的工作 本以為可以高枕無憂 因為在面試談到薪資時 有爭取到調升約4k的薪水 結果老闆致電給我 說如果要這的4k的薪資 勞健保公司自付額的部分 換成是我要負擔 不要這4k的薪資 公司才會負擔該部份 後來 我仍然堅持原先的部份 終於 對方讓步 問了朋友的意見 他認為我的態度太強硬 應該讓步 只是說的的事又變卦 感覺有不被尊重的 當天面試的氣氛不錯 還請我吃飯 原來 只是假像罷了......
