各位版友好 我今年大四畢業，主修商業設計輔修外語，多益900，現在已有兩份offer: 1.留學顧問助理 30k,已工讀半年直接轉正職 制度：公司超小沒什麼制度，everything老闆說了算（老闆很摳）一切福利有照勞基法 發展：升留學顧問（跳槽？） 說明：前幾位顧問都有佣金制，但老闆跟我說想讓我領固定薪。我沒有留學經驗，是因為做事能力不錯所以想留我，所以也還有很多東西要學。目前公司沒有人帶我，學的也都是有遇到才慢慢學，主要都是在打雜。 2.婚攝工作室剪接師 前三個月30k,第四個月開始27k+案件抽成，最高37k憑本事 制度：上班時間彈性大，但還是小公司，無勞健保（5人以下）休假基本上按勞基法 發展：就是剪接師（？） 說明：公司有點遠（通勤1hr以上），剪接工作其實滿傷眼睛的。老闆倒是很詳盡的說明遠程的薪資可以走到哪，極限約4x~5xk 我會考慮2是因為薪水... 還有目前在1感覺學得很慢 但長遠來講1是比較想走的領域 想聽聽前輩們的意見做為參考， 麻煩了，謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.24.122.138 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1407425797.A.518.html
