嘉義市警局警員許文嘉去年任職第二分局公園派出所期間，因自家門前遭人放置重機車妨礙出入，即於9月21日上班時，利用公務電腦連線車籍資料網，查出重機車主，再找朋友告知車主不要亂停機車；許文嘉擅查個資，不但被判刑3個月，得易科罰金，公務員懲戒委員會也以他洩密，處以申誡。
