鬼月到了，越來越多撞鬼的經驗四處流傳。有人宣稱在英國16世紀古堡「Stanley Palace」拍到「背後靈」，而且樣貌清晰可見。

據英國《鏡報》報導，羅賓特(Aaron Robinette)和梅(Joanne May)希望可以透過攝影機捕捉到靈異影像，因此就跑到該古堡去，沒想到真的拍到「背後靈」。事後他們在觀看影帶時發現真的有靈異現象，樓梯上出現1個人影。

羅賓特表示，當時他坐在椅子上，梅坐在樓梯間，然後一直召喚靈體出來，當時沒有察覺到異狀，直到事後看帶子才看到靈體短暫的出現，能夠清楚看見靈體的嘴巴、鼻子、眼睛等五官。他們試圖想要用一些自然現象來解釋，例如影子，但都無法所以他們認定是靈異現象。
