最近看個個案,開價62X,回頭去查實價登錄,因為那區成交不多所以可以推估出當初登錄400的那間就是開價62X這間回頭推估投資客的成本大約460(交易成本以及油漆塑膠地磚...) 就從500開始喊結果,仲介說,沒有590不用談 62X VS 590,現在溢價空間都這樣低嗎?
