[閒聊] 紓發讀書壓力或與板友互動，勿濫用此選項挑釁、引戰，或漫無邊際用此選項發文。最近快到考試，壓力越來越大我自己一個人住，沒有一起準備的戰友，也好一陣子沒跟朋友聯絡了壓力大的時候，也不太好意思找朋友取暖感覺他們也不懂這種心情，每次都回說"是喔...加油!" 也可能是我太吹毛求疵了吧! 他們就只能這麼說了阿!不然是要講什麼... 考前的壓力讓我越來越走火入魔我一天花6~7小時看函授視訊，除了開始有微失眠的現象昨晚還作夢夢到我在上課，而且上課的內容都頗有難度更扯的是我竟然在夢裡思考、背書，醒來頭腦還持續在想夢裡上課的東西無縫接軌了耶可是完全沒有休息到的感覺啊! 好累...大家有沒有什麼方法可以放鬆紓壓的呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.227.220.81 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1402114931.A.7E2.html
