請問落地式冷氣和一般分離式冷氣

一般分離冷氣若要使用在12坪~15坪空間似乎都要9萬上下的價位，但落地式的冷氣只需6萬附近的價位就可以用到20餘坪的空間...

請問這２種冷氣
a. 為何價格會差那麼多嗎?
b. 若使用在相同坪數的空間，落地式冷氣所耗的電費會比使用一般分離式的貴多少呢?（亦或差不多?）
c. 使用方式會有何不同? 排水管接來若已用成分離式冷氣所用（離天花板比較近），使用落地式冷氣會有什麼問題產生嗎?

舉例來說： (使用地點：客廳+餐廳+廚房, 約14坪，面南)
三洋落地型冷氣機SAP-C1258P／SAP-E1258P
VS.
DAIKIN大金變頻15坪適用【頂級旗艦冷暖】分離式FTXS90MVLT/RXS90MVLT
