近期開始看竹北的房子目前有興趣的的是富宇泰和在高鐵特區我看的是40坪3房地段是蠻滿意的格局也ok 但是只剩下低樓層規定要兩車位而且總價還是太高感覺這個案子網路上討論度蠻低的不知道板上有沒有人去看過有什麼建議 or 看法?? 這個建案的隔壁有一塊地富宇買不下來大約300坪這塊地有機會蓋成大樓嗎如果蓋了的話對採光的影響就很大了我參考過竹北的容積率和覆蓋率但是容積獎勵太複雜了不知道板上有沒有人可以給我一點建議謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.161.222.237 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1401815058.A.935.html
