　我太太已通姦定讞，我們正在打離婚官司，想請問：

１、我太太通姦在先，他向法官提出剩餘財產分配及爭取孩子監護權，請問法官照他所求來判決的可能性高嗎？　依照判決比例，有可能會是怎麼樣的判決？

２、他和別人通姦我忍受不了才要離婚的，他做錯事在先，還能要求我財產的一半嗎？還能要求監護權嗎? 他沒有任何財產，所有的房產、車、錢都是我賺來的，就算他跟別人通姦我也必須要分他嗎？

３、請問離婚官司有可能一審定讞嗎？
