法律問題想請教各位大哥大姐，半年前我發現我老婆外遇後我開始跟蹤她

發現他和一個男的常去公園打籃球，也多次發現他去那個男的家

我多次警告那個男的別再跟我老婆糾纏，但是他完全不聽甚至我老婆還幫著他罵我

有一次衝動下打了對方，對方去警察局告我，我也告她們通姦目的要她們跟我和解

可是對方堅持不肯，現在準備開庭了，我告的通姦被法官撤銷，但是傷害罪法官要審理

現在我該怎麼辦?她們通姦是事實卻被法院撤銷，我有點無奈
