看房子一段時間了目前看大同區的舊公寓約46年 4樓的3樓坪數約17坪總價860萬 2房/2廳/1衛重慶北路三段 13x巷距離大橋頭捷運站約50m 自備款300萬自己的銀彈也不夠多未來想要小換大畢竟2房一間自己跟太太住未來有小孩還要一房另外一房給鄉下來的父母住在大同區這個地段買下這間公寓有機會可以賣掉換大一點的坪數嗎還在打拼的階段這一步非常重要沒辦法從來請各位大大幫我評估看看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.200.29.113
