聯絡人：張芷瑄聯絡方式：02-2939-1544 房屋地點：台北市文山區指南路三段26巷9號2F 鄰近交通：走出巷口就是公車站牌：三角公園 (政大威秀就在後門) 所在樓層：所在樓層2/總樓層5 租金(月)：NT4000(含水電)、網路每個月NT350、洗澡用瓦斯叫了再均分，不過其實用量還蠻少的。冷氣有獨立電表。押金：一個月公共設施：客廳、洗衣機、飲水機、電視、微波爐、冰箱(免費) 格局坪數：兩坪多一點隔間材質：水泥能否接受寵物：否參考圖片：http://channel7410.pixnet.net/album/set/18066177 不好意思，我拍照技術很差勁，工具也只是手機。備註：跟房東一起住。目前房客只有我(學生)。優點：非常乾淨、房東人也很好，沒什麼事情不會管你。看到下雨還會幫忙把衣服吊高，避免淋濕。有一個寬廣的後陽台，可以暢快的晾衣服。偶爾會有人來整理環境(不過我門都關上，沒有接受到服務)。剛好位在巷口，出去就是站牌了，走到政大7分鐘內就可以到。缺點：只有一套浴廁，如果有人洗澡就沒辦法上廁所。會有車子聲，不過可能是我房間比較靠邊的關係。基本上房東都會在家，不過因為行動不方便，所以接電話跟開門會比較慢。代PO，請直接聯絡房東，別回信給我XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.177.123.80 ※ wheedle:轉錄至看板 NCCU_Info 03/12 20:24
