公司放假制度是隔周休，就是每月的第二和第四個星期六有放假但通常星期六幾乎是沒有什麼事情，只有現場(工廠)的人有事做且辦公室的薪資是採月薪制，現場人員卻是日薪制所以如果變成週休二日薪水制度必然得討論，不然就變少了以上是現況今年看到一家廠商由原本隔周休改成週休二日不清楚這樣的改變是因為上層獨自想做的改變，還是員工提議? 如果要員工來提議那勢必得有一股團結力量和勇氣吧!? 我們公司人數很少，只有個位數而已，有想要對老闆提出這種建議但不知道這是不是很笨的想法? 不知道版上有沒有人曾遇到過這樣的事情? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.75.77.199
