美法官：醫師可助末期病患尋死

美國新墨西哥州聯邦地方法官今天裁決，根據新墨西哥州州憲，有決定能力的末期患者，如果決心結束自己的生命，可尋求醫師協助取得醫療處方。

美聯社報導，聯邦地方法院法官說，憲法禁止州當局，未經正當程序，剝奪一個人的生命、自由或財產。
