請問松、柏類的市場大嗎？

想請教大家

最近看住家附近許多田地都改種松(黑松、羅漢松、五葉松...) or 柏(珍珠柏、圓柏...)類了
可是這類植物市場大嗎？
想來想去只有園藝景觀會用到.... 還是其實現在供給遠遠小於需求，所以才許多人改種這類植物？

看到許多田地改種疑惑中....
