各位大大你好，事情是這樣的，我是失業者，因為有時候在家，都會遭受到鄰居言語上的批評，批評的話語像是不罵他就不會長大、沒用的字眼，我有用錄音機錄下來，不知道如果我要提告，是否可以當成有利的證據。
