目前贈與稅是否一年可給子女220萬不用繳稅?? 那請問如果買房子向父親借300萬.. 父親12月分次領現金200萬給我拿去銀行存再匯給建商明年1月再分次領100萬給我拿去銀行存再匯給建商這樣是否可行???? 還有聽說買房要實價登入通常都會登入建商開的原價而不是成交價所以房價才會越來越高.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.174.144.29
