標題香草姓名更正心得

在下12/4的香草首賣~~很LUCKY的搶到兩張來回機票 但也很悲劇的其中一位"姓名"打成"姓姓" 第一時間透過線上留言反應是否能付費更正 12/5收到回信，提及香草無法轉讓，但若是能證明本人則可協助更正 問題來了~~在下就是手殘~~把姓名打為姓姓， 唯一想到能證明的只有當初有輸入乘客生日可以提供參考 (護照號碼當時沒key)，硬著頭皮附上護照影本說明這狀況 因為幾天都沒回應，所以這兩天也繼續留言反應 就在剛剛，收到香草更正的行程確認單了，並沒有另外跟我收費 感謝香草~~~ 已經幫我更正更接近正確姓名了!!!(名字多了一個字母) 繼續努力~~~哈哈 給大家做個參考 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.102.24
