林清2014行政法百分百申論題型P1-32、P1-33頁提到 1.大學自治與法律保留原則爭議： (1)違反法律保留之見解：各大學所定之章則（學則）……無法律之依據與明確之授權，並涉及大學學生之受教育權利及其他基本權利，有違反憲法法律保留原則之虞。（釋字443號）我想請問釋字443號似乎沒有提到大學自治與法律保留原則爭議，是書本打錯了釋字的號碼，還是上段文章其實就是說根據「層級化法律保留」，所以各大學所定之章則違反法律保留原則？煩請解答，感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.227.108.137
