我朋友最近在看房 由於住不起台北市 也先不考慮林三淡 板橋 新店 中永和 三重又稍微貴了一點 所以目前考慮這四個地區 本人幫他分析如下 捷運 新莊:新莊線 西環狀線(未完工) 機場線(未完工) 蘆洲：蘆洲線 土城：板南線 萬大線(據說快動工) 汐止：民生汐止線(馬英九說不蓋) 台鐵 高速公路 新莊：中山高五股交流道 64 65 蘆洲：64 土城：北二高土城交流道 汐止：中山高&北二高 周邊 新莊：鄰近三重 板橋 蘆洲：鄰近三重 土城：鄰近板橋 中和 汐止：鄰近內湖 南港 當地特色 新莊：輔大(花園夜市) 副都心 蘆洲：？？不熟 土城：頂埔高科技園區 承天禪寺 但有監獄 汐止：汐科 costco 但常下雨 上班地點在大安區 所以其實距離都差不多 不曉得各位板友推薦買哪一區呢？ 另外若有哪邊漏掉或分析的不夠完善 請幫忙補充！ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.52.30.252
