關於WP系統手機是不是不能用照片當桌面????

因為之前都用安卓手機,現在看到1520有點想換掉G PRO了!!!!
如果不能用相片當桌布,感覺WP動態磚的背景很單調
另外1520可以支援邊錄邊拍和拍照移除路人的功能嗎?
但是又看到網上很多人說WP的app很遜,到底是什麼意思啊????
不知道有使用WP的大大們可以透露一下嗎??
