剛好有版友討論到該不該換工作的問題我也有類似的問題如果原公司氣氛環境都習慣，同事相處也都不錯但唯一不滿意的是薪水現在有一個新工作就年薪來比，比現在的工作多7到8萬交通時間只需機車15分，現在工作需75分鐘(包含坐車走路) 但新工作的風險是工作環境不確定會不會比現在的公司好以年薪和交通時間來換這個風險值不值得呢? 或是要再更優才值得換…大家覺得呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.137.97
