最近積極在找東京的套房 物件沒什麼問題 主要貸款 台灣有過去設點的五間分行 最低要日幣兩千萬才能貸款 合台幣6百多萬 跟我預設的置產預算有出入(350~450萬台幣=1200~1400萬日幣(並貸款)) 變成 預算內無法貸款要丟三四百萬現金下去 或者拉高到2000萬日幣的物件 實在苦惱 自備三四百萬台幣現金砸進去不太可能 而且不算小筆的資金進去風險太高 若轉買上600多萬的套房值不值得是個問題 租金投報及出租率一定受影響 有沒有先進能幫忙給點意見 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.118.45.29
