網路相簿可以製做的很花俏，也可以製做的很陽春，就看大家的需求是什麼？Moo0 ImageThumbnailer 是一款非常簡單又實用的縮圖相簿工具，只要將圖片拖曳到軟體畫面之中，轉眼間相簿就製做完成，雖然風格一點都不花俏，不過實用程度的確一百分，就像檔案總管視窗的預覽縮圖一樣，產出的檔案是單一的 HTML 檔案，除了可以直接透過瀏覽器開啟之外，整個資料夾放到網路上就是網路相簿囉！

相簿的製作有兩種模式，Title 模式可以調整縮圖的大小，建立一張縮圖的清單，提供基本的圖片名稱、圖片長寬與大小的資訊，網頁原始碼是最基本的表格，不過會依照瀏覽器的寬度自動換行，這樣的方式的確就像是檔案總管；Flat 模式就是輸出一張接一張的圖片，呈現時會自動適應視窗的大小，這種模式會一次將所有照片載入，比較不適合網路相簿使用。
