行政院通過老農津貼改革方案

馬政府改革老農津貼請領資格，行政院會上午通過老農津貼修正草案，邁出改革第一步。行政院版修正草案，將現行加入農保半年，滿65五歲即可領7000元津貼，改為加保15年才能領取。

對已加入農保，未滿15年，只能領取一半老農津貼，改革方案，預計一年可為國庫省下幾十億元。

據了解，去年底，監察院針對老農津貼請領資格條件過於寬鬆，及農委會放任假農民濫領老農津貼，曾糾正農委會與內政部，農委會因此提出這項改革方案。
