標題[問題] 公司薪水發錯 要求退還???

小弟這個月領薪水時 發現帳戶裡有兩筆 薪水入帳 原以為是 獎金或績效 之類的 還開心了一場 但今天老闆發MAIL 來說是銀行 作業疏失 要我們今天領出多餘的薪水轉交給他 我的疑問是 1.這一筆會算在年收入裡面嗎???(等於要多繳稅) 2.不能請銀行自動扣款 或是 有其他方法證明試歸還的薪資 之類的嗎?? 感覺自己領出來還老闆 就算老闆收到自己口袋 我們也不知道. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.110.23
