標題[問題] 剛整修好的浴室外牆滲水??

小弟家裡最近買了一間20年的中古大樓 最近為了準備添購傢俱先去丈量房間尺寸時，發現與浴室相連房間的牆壁有一塊一塊潮濕像滲水的現象，也有些膨脹凹凸不平 房仲和屋主的說法大概是浴室最近有整修過，那面牆有重做，有做防水測試之類的(??)所以磚頭還有濕氣，加上一段時間沒人住這樣門窗緊閉不通風，濕氣比較難退散。過段時間就會慢慢退散了。 可是整修好應該也有幾個月了，還有濕氣這樣正常嗎？ 第一次買房什麼都不懂，想請教一下版上前輩的意見 謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.242.19.203
