標題[心得] 請問一個貸款的問題

今天問我的房仲 如果台北縣市約180萬左右的小套房 最好自備款多少 銀行才可以核代 他說最好一百萬 可是我看房屋網頁上面 大概都是自備款五六十萬左右 是房仲在唬爛嘛 那我又問 如果買大間一點 大概一房一廳 350萬左右的房子 大概自備款要多少 他說大概也是一百萬 因為坪數大 比較有價值 請問真得是這樣嘛? 買個小小套房 也要一百萬自備款 銀行才會核喔? 感覺有點假? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.74.184
