請問這樣算瑕疵嗎? (HTC new one)

昨天入手了new one，
我人生的第一隻HTC手機，
感覺整體設計及性能都不錯。

今天我妹老公來家裡時，
拿了我手機看了之後說，這隻有可能是瑕疵品，
建議我退回換貨。

他說手機主要問題是上面的金屬與塑膠接合處有縫隙，
且有不平整的現象，
我猜應該是組裝時沒對齊。
主要是怕日後會有灰塵落入。

另外就是對著白色牆壁拍照，下半部出現疑似紫光現象，(白天拍的)

爬文了一下，好像手機7天內有問題，要先退回購買點，
但是因為我是在樂天網站購買的，
寄回去勢必又要花一筆運費及時間(主要是怕時間耽擱)

請問各位先輩，
我這手機狀況算是瑕疵嗎?
還是算是正常的合理範圍?
HTC有可能會接受我換新機嗎?
或是可能只是換整新機?

因為花了一萬多買的，總希望品質能好一點，
不知道是否太苛求了
