大家好，我知道我這個問題很笨... 誰不知道沒錢沒生活，但是我還是想問..... 原PO剛入一家IC設計小公司(生管)半年發現了很多不能適應的地方..... 1.主管很不願意教...常常問東西就很不耐煩(多問總比做錯好吧??) 2.主管很愛陷害人...不知道是個性的問題還是真的存心害人，當大老闆問新人的狀況 她總愛只講缺點，優點當作理所當然.... 3.主管很不愛背責任...也許新人對事情的敏感度很低，剛好他又沒有留意到... 等到出事的時候，他是第一個跟著大家反過來charllenge妳的... 跟我以前待過的工廠很不一樣，工廠雖然毛利低，但是大家很互相照顧... 還是我涉世未深...剛好前一份工作撿到寶?(錢少 事剛好 離家近5分鐘) 請各位高人指點 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.85.188
