在大賣場買了一包鮮香菇打算用來當配料煮湯，想請問一下，鮮香菇該怎麼清洗？ 需要讓它泡水，還是直接用水沖洗? google到是說洗之前要把梗切掉，那麼切下來的梗可以拿去煮湯嗎? 還是不要用丟掉比較好? 該切成薄片、厚片，還是在菇傘上面畫一個十字就丟下去煮? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.243.168.221
