家庭政策對弱勢家庭協助不足遭糾正

行政院10年來施行的家庭政策，缺管考機制，導致家庭政策有名無實。監察院調查發現，教育部等機關對單親及隔代教養家庭協助不足，也缺乏橫向聯繫及合作機制。監察院內政及少數民族委員會通過糾正行政院、教育部、衛生福利部、內政部。

監察委員沈美真、劉玉山、黃武次提案指出，經濟、人口結構、社會的變遷，家庭功能漸趨弱化，行政院長期以來未能積極督促及整合各相關部會，從預防層面針對家庭提供適當保護與協助，明顯違背兩公約及我國政策綱領揭示，國家應支持家庭，促進家庭功能責任，導致與家庭相關的社會問題日趨嚴重，有違失。

調查報告指出，中輟生、兒少性交易個案、矯正機關收容的少年，來自單親及隔代教養家庭比率逾5成，顯見這類家庭多半缺乏足夠資源及支持系統，亟需政府從預防層面提供足夠支持及保護。

調查報告指出，教育部及內政部，對單親及隔代教養家庭的協助不足，無法有效協助是類家庭解決所遭遇之經濟、照顧及教養等問題，實有疏失。
