求助 , 為何 e-sata 認不到硬碟

求助 , 我是用 NB 的 E-SATA PORT 直插一個2.5吋的裸硬碟 , 不帶外接盒 .
1. 線材是用 E-SATA 50CM 轉 7P SATA 訊號 .
2. 電源是採用 4P Adapter 提供 5V 2A與12V 2A 轉 SATA 15P .
3. 電腦確認 ACHI enable in BIOS 及裝置管理員 .
4. 作業系統 WIN7 32 & win7 64 .
5. 電腦已配置 Intel RST 軟體 .
6. NB 是 ACER travelmate 8473TG .
理論上 E-SATA 只是單純的 SATA 訊號,有什麼可能性會讓電腦在 BIOS 與 WIN7底下都認不到硬碟呢?
請各位高手協助一下,是一定要透過外接盒才有辦法嗎?
