事情是這樣的小弟的朋友 3年前買了間舊公寓買之後就整修裝潢就在昨天小弟朋友被他家樓下的爛人鄰居(也是跟人租房子的)上來說 "我家主臥房靠近浴室的牆壁油漆剝落" 後來小弟朋友找了那爛人鄰居的房東問清楚是什麼情況結果那房東說 "我租給他(爛人鄰居)房子的時候..那面牆的衣櫥就整個拆掉..因為都濕掉了" 爛人鄰居的房東是認為小弟朋友家浴室漏水導致牆壁潮濕..油漆剝落但是..重點來了那爛人鄰居是5年前搬來的小弟朋友房子只買3年而已請問小弟朋友需要負責維修嗎那爛人鄰居一付要打小弟朋友的樣子是個白目的死胖子.. 小弟朋友當然不是怕那白目的胖子只是覺得若是下次那死人白目胖子再來亂可以更理直氣壯的嗆回去!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.75.33 ※ 編輯: bikebikebike 來自: 114.42.75.33 (09/25 23:46)
