請問 ：『演牆』喜蝦瞇！？

就是國語說得「香腸」，台語叫「煙腸」

煙腸

音念 ian-tshiâng　俗唸作ian-tshiân，一ㄢ ㄑㄧㄤˊ

 國語叫「香腸」。用碎肉、香料等填入豬腸製成的食品。例：煙腸用烘的較好食。Ian-tshiâng iōng hang--ê khah hó tsia̍h. (香腸用烤的比較好吃。)　

 

 

一樣是香腸，台語另一個說法是「灌腸」~

灌腸

音念 kuàn-tshiâng　，ㄍㄨㄢ ˋ  ㄑㄧㄤˊ

香腸。將碎豬肉和配料灌入洗淨的豬腸中所製成的一種食品。
